About Stacy Nease
As an ISSA certified personal trainer, Stacy specializes in outdoor training and employing diverse methods of exercise using multiple types of equipment, whether it be items used specifically for fitness training or free standing objects at the park, home, etc. Stacy likes to challenge clients by diversifying their training routine to avoid ruts and boredom as well as allowing the body to be continuously challenged by an always evolving workout plan. Stacy incorporates yoga as well to both relax and challenge your muscles with various poses of ranging difficulty. Having had personal experience with lower body injuries, she has extensive knowledge with developing an exercise plan to allow your training of other body parts to continue without interruption and to create exercises to strengthen the injured area to facilitate faster recovery time.
